1. Meet with school counselor

NHCS students, grades 6-12, if you are interested in applying to e-Academy, please start by having a conversation with your school counselor. From here, your school counselor will contact us for the e-Academy application.

Students cannot be enrolled part-time in their district school and part-time in e-Academy. If you are interested in taking online courses part-time through your district school, have this conversation with your school counselor and get in touch with your school's Virtual Academy Coordinator (VAC). The VAC's enroll students into online courses in NCVPS or NHCS and monitor grades.

If you are not a current NHCS student and interested in e-Academy, complete our Contact Us form. Someone will get back to you within 24-28 hours during business hours of Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm. Any forms completed after 4:00pm on a Friday will be reviewed the following work week. Please do not send emails to individual staff.
